  • Previously spent 15 years coaching in college at East Carolina, Charleston Southern, Kent State, Western Carolina, Elon, North Carolina, and Cumberland University.
  • Earned the following certifications/distinctions: CSCS*D, RSCC*D, USAW-L1, TPI-L1, and USAT&F-L1
  • Named the 2017-2018 NHSSCA National Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year
  • Coached teams that have competed in the postseason in baseball, basketball, cross country, football, golf, soccer, softball, tennis, wrestling, and volleyball
