Ross Schwisow is the Basehor Linwood High School (KS) Athletic Director and Assistant Principal. He previously worked as an Assistant S&C at the University of Missouri for 2 years and Basehor-Linwood Director of S&C for 11 years.
He originally had a degree in Business from Washburn University and served 4 years as a HS business teacher and coach at Rossville HS. Schwisow decided to pursue career in S&C and was fortunate to gain a position at University of Missouri. His passion quickly transitioned into developing and working with elementary and high school students.
Justin Wieser is the Basehor Linwood High School (KS) Director of Strength & Conditioning. He has taken over the reins of the Basehor-Linwood High School Powerlifting and Strength & Conditioning program. Coach Wieser played football at Emporia State and graduated from there in 2009.
After a four year college football career for the Hornets, Coach Wieser was an assistant football coach and the head strength coach at ESU for 7 years. He worked with football, women's and men's basketball, softball, baseball, volleyball, women's soccer, and men's and women's tennis teams as the strength coach.
Wieser is a CSCS certified strength and conditioning specialist and also has his USAW certification.
