Coach Jason Spray is the Director of Sports Performance at Ensworth High School in Nashville, Tennessee. He formally was the Director of Strength and Conditioning at his alma mater Middle Tennessee State University. He is an NSCA Strength Coach of The Year recipient and featured on the NFL Network.
