Coach David Neill is the Director of Strength & Conditioning at Liberty Christian School in Argyle, Texas. He has been serving in his current position for almost two years. Prior to Liberty, Coach Neill spent 2 seasons as an Assistant Football Strength & Conditioning Coach at the University of Texas, 3 seasons at the University of Cincinnati, and 1 season at Texas Tech. He began his coaching career at Texas Tech after playing there as a defensive and offensive lineman. Coach Neill played 3 years under Coach Leach and two years under Coach Tubberville.

In this episode we talk about Coach’s mission at his school, how he uses big moments to impact his athletes, how he uses Teambuildr and Critical Reload to make his program top notch, how he puts on strength clinics for his own coaches, and his programming methodologies. Coach Neill is doing an awesome job at Liberty Christian School in Texas and I really enjoyed talking to him about his program and I can’t wait for you to check it out!
