Coach Rob Brokaw is the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach for the North Bend Central Tigers teaching strength and conditioning classes and supporting the athletic programs. He is also the defensive coordinator for the football team. He has a deep desire to become a great coach, and help build up student athletes to their full potential.

In his quest for knowledge he created the Nebraska High School Strength and Conditioning Clinic to bring some top minds in strength and conditioning into Nebraska to help develop high school programs. (Find out more at www.nebraskahsstrengthclinic.com)

Rob is also Nebraska's State Director for the National High School Strength Coaches Association (NHSSCA), and is more than willing to help anyone in anyway that he can to help develop Nebraska's high school strength and conditioning programs.

He and his wife of 9 years, Megan, live in North Bend with their three kids Piper (5), Klara (3), and Jordyn (2).
