This week Amanda sits down with some of the top Strength Coaches in the industry about the past, present, and future of strength and conditioning and the impact of female coaches.

Liane Blyn has been a strength coach for over 25 years.  She has worked in college, high school and private sector.  Currently, she is the Director of Olympic Sports at Arizona State University.  Liane also has an extensive athletic career, including that of a power lifter.  She is also the current National Strength and Conditioning Association College Strength Coach of the Year.

Kat Koch has been the Director of Strength and Conditioning at the University of Georgia since 2004.  Before that, she had an extensive career at Indiana State University, including time as the Head Coach for Olympic Sports.

Kyle Feldman has also been emersed in strength and conditioning for over 25 years.  She has extensive knowledge in athletic development within all sports.  Kyle is currently the Head Strength Coach at Father Ryan High School in Nashville, TN.  She has worked with multiple well known universities, with the military, and spent time in the private sector as well.
